aqTokens

In AMMs, when a user provides liquidity, LP-tokens are minted and sent to the user. In Aqualoan, any asset deposited will give you 'aqTokens'. These interest-bearing tokens represent their underlying asset, for example:

aqTokens are interest-bearing tokens represented as 'aqXXXX' in your wallet (example: aqUSDT for USDT).

The value of the aqToken is pegged at a 1:1 ratio with the deposited asset and all accrued interest is distributed directly to the aqToken holders

aqTokens are minted and burned upon deposit and withdrawal.

The aqTokens' value is pegged to the value of the corresponding deposited asset at a 1:1 ratio. All interest collected is distributed to aqTokens holders directly by continuously increasing their wallet balance.

If you wish to convert aqTokens back to the underlying asset, navigate to your deposits on the Dashboard and follow the withdrawal prompts.
